Come on Mikey, at least Mes will bend over backwards to help out their customers. I had trouble with getting my wireless router set up today and had my wife call them (She doesn't know anything about computers). The guy stayed on the phone for 45 minutes or longer talking her through getting it set up. The wireless router is not their responsibility at all and he didn't have to do that. New Wave wouldn't do anything like that. I hear about them going out of their way all the time to help their customers. When I call Mes I talk to a person here in town, not in another state. Their service folks get people fixed within hours, not days. If I hadn't had such a good experience from them today, I might have looked over this post, but now I will support them whenever I can.
. I totally agree with everything u said. When we bought a house last year I wouldn't even consider looking at one that was on WKRECC. I have had both and Murray Electric is tops. Had problems on Newwave all the time. Although it is no longer Newwave I have still heard a lot of complaints about the new one.
