Can you really change someone's mind on the wet/dry vote or has everyone already made up their mind and nothing will change it? I think we all know what we're gonna say, no rally or signs or websites for either side will make a difference.

Changing people's mind is just part of the process. The other part is inspiring and encouraging those that agree to actually go to the polls when the day comes.

So their purpose is a little like cheer-leading that way.

Topix changed my mind. I was voting wet but seeing again and again the kind of people posting here and the trash they say, well I want to keep them as far from it as I can.
It's my right as a voter to vote this issue down and I intent to do so. I'll just drive to ptown and get what I want.
Sure you will, Todd. I suppose you admire the pro dry guys who posted messages under their opponent's screen names. That was real admirable.

Hope you are not struck by a drunk driver on your 45 mile drive home from that filthy den of sin. Fulton is closer and supposedly more representative of a what liquor does to a town, so why don't you drive down there instead?

I'm sitting here getting shitfaced and don't give one damn about any wet dry vote. I can get alcohol 24 hours a day. You self-serving idiots just dont get it do you. People like me will buy alcohol nomatter how far we have to drive.

I like Murray dry anyway. I don't like people to know I buy alcohol. Sometimes I drive all the way to Etown to buy it.

I could give a rats ass if Murray sells it or not.

My name is not Todd. And no. The pro dry people are just as bad. They however aren't going to drink. Drinking brings out the real you. Any person that would post of these forms in the way many of you do should never be allowed to drink. My choice as nothing to do with any faith. Merely a choice based on logic. Something you should respect.
Logic? I thought you changed your vote because people's behavior mad you mad. That doesn't seem too logical if you ask me. But yes, I do certainly respect logic.

The people have the right to govern themselves as they see fit and put limits on the city in which they live.
Yeah, that's kind of what this election is about, isn't it? They also have the right to remove those limits should they decide to be unshackled from them or they want some nanny state government should be dictating how they live.

You have no right to buy alcohol locally, it is in fact in no way stepping on your rights.
While I'm sure Washington, Jefferson and Franklin are rolling over in there graves at the thought of that, I don't think that is a point anyone at Grow Murray would really argue that it was too seriously. It is called a "Local Option" after all.

I am sorry. You may not drink like a fool. But many more, should those posting rep the people of Murray, will do so. I have no wish to allow them to do so. So I will vote against them.
If you can point out where you posted that you were in support of voting wet BEFORE you posted that you had changed your mind because of those mean pro-wet posters on Topix, then I will refrain from calling you a liar, at least about that part.

Thanks for stopping the impersonating, Todd. Or are you that lame guy who always posts "spray for bedbugs" whenever BBB posts?

Pro Troll Tip: When calling someone a dumbass, it is generally more effective if you don't misspell simple common English words such as "horse" and "anyway".

So rather then being able to buy it and take it home to drink you would rather to go to bucks, applebees,or even the keg. Let's see logic go to these places to get drunk and then most of them will get on the road and drive. So what would you rather have drunks on the or at there home drunk stupid people.

You can just STFU. I'm a college educated stay at home drunk. My IQ is well over 160. So don't throw your comments around so freely. So I don't appreciate the stupid people comment.
