Looking to buy a house. Who is the best realtor for a buyer to work with? Looking for someone who will find a good house and help us get a good deal so let me know who should I contact?

If you have the time and knowledge to do that you will save money but unless you've had experince buying and selling property you really are safer going through a realtor..There are many very good one in town,shop around for rates.

Gale Corneilson at Kopperud Realty. She will go out of her way to find the perfect home for you and doesn't have the "holier than thou" personality that some realtors have. She's a great lady!

No but they do make sure a proper inspection is done and all legal issues are covered before you commit yourself to 30 yrs or so worths of payments,not saying you can't but I do know a little on the subject and you should know going in that you're not buying furniture or a car.If you want to take the time to learn everything involved you can save money but there's a reason why people pay them to do it.
