He is selling our children drugs , and needs to be off the streets . Why is he getting away with it?

yup, i know josh. i used to babysitt for a neighbor and he was always around being very annoying and immature. he is now located in desoto. u should have told the police what he was doing if u had proof. but of course elkville cops dont really jump to things when they are needed.

The reason why hes getting away with it is because you have to have proof. i think if you have any you should go to the police at once

There is a house that faces the alley between walnut and ash? I think that's the street names.. I think it is yellow, but it has a huge dumpster in front of it... I believe this house is where it all comes from... if you notice the traffic in and out and the odd packages (like rolled up newspaper carried like it was a baby) taken in, and then lots of traffic follows.. only staying a few minutes and leaving. But, they are so blunt about what they are doing, that the police have to know. I think if they would wait until one of the days when they see so much traffic over there and raid them, they'd hit the jack pot.

I know who lives in that house and no thats not going on there, No your all wronge!!! Do you understand what your causeing by acussing. They have babies wouldnt you feel so bad that if they was to investagate and the babies get taken because of someone running there mouth and assuming thats what is going on!!!! Just cause he goes there doesnt mean that he is selling and for your info when I went there i never seen him nor alot of people so get your facts straight befor you assume something that could cause alot of damage!!!!

Your wrong. It is going on there in his home and all over our town , You must be one of his cover up's ? Either way his days are numbered . He will get his and he is being watched as we speak. I know for a FACT that he sells to a child named Drew who is barley 12 and a few others as well as the silver trailer by the Handy Mart . And as far as it causing damage , O well , He deserves to go to jail for selling to children , So bring on the damage . Watch when the black mustang comes to town he will run right to them at the silver trailer. He deals all over this town and many of Murphy residents as well. So you wanted FACTS , You got them , and I know way more if you need them.
But , I still have yet to figure out what the PD is waiting on. |

I am also a parent with children who are nearing their teenage years and I worry about these people who are in these posts and the influence they have among the young in the community, if in fact they are. "your wrong" posted enough information to make it certainly worth looking into by the PD. I would not feel bad about them being investigated. If they don't have anything worth "taking their babies" as you say, then they have nothing to worry about. As a parent, I would be concerned why you would be so worried they take the kids. Do you have some reason to fear they would find something to take the kids for? We might not be able to get all the dealers off the street, but if we can get the ones that are known, then that's less out there, at least. |

I agree with Desoto Mom. I know the girl that lives in the house that was before mentioned. She is awestruck about this. Yes Josh goes to her house, but as for drugs being sold there she says not that she is aware of. Come on people, Josh is at a lot of houses in town. I see him everywhere! How would you feel if the location of your house was made available online. I would personally freak out. Yes I think it is wrong that nothing is being done, but like desoto mom said..." Where are the parents?" Its not just the police who need to be involved in this but the parents need to sit down with there kids and tell them the importance of staying drug free!!!!!!!

If they are dealing or doing drugs then they would need to worry . If they are clean then they should be fine . And which house are you talking about the "silver trailer" or yellow house ? Either way , the police would not bother the clean ones I am sure. And YES , Where are the parents of the kids ???????I too know him and I have always known he was a dealer and He will sell to anyone child or not . He has a boy named jeremy & one named jj hanging with him and jeremy is underage & always high. I know the people in the silver trailer do drugs and I think I know the mustang you have mentioned and if so , You might be right about the drugs because they are worthless (jp & vp), non working drug heads from murphysboro.I think the police should do their jobs and not spend the night hanging at 4way flerting with the girls.one of the children is drew and he is a 6th or 7th grader and his parents could care less about him , they are druggies too . |

Im not saying they would find anything. i am just saying that this should not of been said. why not just say a house in stead of telling a description..I dont like josh never have! but im sticking up for a girl i went to high school with and believe me if your from there you would be surprised who it is. I printed all this up and it is getting handed over to the desoto police department!!!!!! and the girl in the yellow house is devastated by this and What a sham that this nice little town has people like this, My family has lived in this town forever and i cant believe all the stuff that is started here.

I agree drew has alot of problems in his life , and as for spending time with kids in our town he would be the main one that would need our attention. His Mother is a druggie herself and he has raised himself since he was big enough to walk. He comes to my house sometimes and has eaten for days. His parents should be ashamed and I am still wondering why he is in her care. Has anyone ever called DCFS on this family? Or do you all just help take care of him like me and just ignore the abuse his Mother continues to enforce on this child? That makes us all bad people . We all know what he goes through daily and we continue to just sit back and watch it. As for Josh and the yellow house. If you know he is a dealer than report him. I too have seen him at 4way many times sneaking things into peoples car. I know this town sees it and ignores it too! This town has so many corupt people and children in it that we need to stand together and report what we see , when we see it . Poor drew will be the next Josh theres no doubt about that. |

This isnt a place to talk shit about one another this is a news form. who cares who doing this this or this have a problem with it take it to the cops or ask the person your talking about what is going on and what you have herd. Sham on you!!! It seems like this town will never change the only thing we have to do is make up stuff or pass on hurtful gossip didn't you all learn in middle school that its not right to talk about someones business if it isn't your own.I just hope some of you will learn how hurtful some of the stuff is to the parents and people that were mentioned in some of these treads. Yes your pointing it out but then again why post it on here other than sharing concerns with the family and people that live in our town.
