Taking a poll. How many people think this guy is a complete ass (owner Ivie Funeral Home)? If you do let him know. He needs to know he is ruining his business by treating the people that choose his funeral home poorly.

I sometimes follow or am passed early in the morning by individuals driving sate or county vehicles. Just wondering if they get a car to drive home each day? Seems like it would save the county money if they drove their own vehicle like everbody else.

Can't say i know him real well personally, but both of my parents died several years ago, and at a close proximity in time. He handled both funerals and did so with the utmost class and professionalism and so did his staff. Him or his funeral home will be handling me and the rest of my family whenever the time comes.

I have seen nothing but rudeness (if there is such a word) at Ivie Funeral Home. He rushes the visitors out and is not at all friendly.
Once a man who was a Veteran and a Mason died and the family was told they could not have both kinds of funerals.
Also once, during a funeral, the lights were blinked to let the singers know their time was up.
They also will never contribute to charity causes.
Townson Funeral Home has a much more friendly atmosphere and doesn't care how long the visitation
lasts.
