At least it is a steady job. and Shadow, it is a lot more quite than the boon box cars that the kids drive around. And much classier. So... you would take food out of some ones mouth (maybe a child) just so you can have some peace and quiet ? What God do you have for a shadow.. Because mine doesn't think that way.

They are talking thousands of jobs. Do you realize just how much of an economic impact that can have on an area? The community will all benefit from the money influx..
Every aspect, the retail stores, restaurants, and housing, The volume will in turn create more jobs as new employees will be needed at all kinds of businesses to handle the extra customers. and demand.
This would be a blessing.

i hope like hell harley-davidson builds the plant here...i have worked in an independant shop for several years....no bennefits...no health insurance...etc.....so needless to say i will be one of the first inline to go to work...bring it on

Why would anyone be against more jobs available in our area? With so many people out of work, it just seems like we would all be behind it.

In this economy I wouldn't be complaining about new jobs! This would be a blessing for Middle TN!

Have any of you considereed what backdoor deals our politicians have meade with these people?

The plant is not going to make much noise. It is the product that makes the noise and it makes no difference where the plant is: Murfreesboro or in Kentucky or Indiana or Mexico.
