Sad to hear about Mr. Bouman on his death due to the negligence of Mr. Mick Strain...Isn't that consider vehicular manslaughter...it's disgusting how people who work within the law think they can get away with murder....and they do! it must run in the family his stepdaughter did the same in another town and did not have to put one foot in prison....why aren't the city or county authorities going to press charges, are they afraid of losing their job security....come on stand up for the law and make mr strain accountable for his actions.....

As a former citizen of White River I am appalled at what i have been hearing about the events of George Bouman's death. Since when is negligence an acceptable term when speaking of a States Attorney? Shouldn't Strain know better? And besides, since when are there any blind corners in White River? What does this do in regards to any future prosecutions in Mellette Co. by Strain? Who watches the Watchmen?
