Ed and Cheri Dodge

What happened? I heard they were separated and getting divorced? Ed has always seem so involved wuith Cheri's boy, just wondering what happened?

Well, could be she had that tummy tuck or whatever. Lost all that weight and thinks she can do better? Some women go ape wild when they start to think they look good. If another man looks twice theyre on it.

Ed is a really good guy and a great person. He can do better than Cheri for sure. She is bat shit crazy.

I heard she was cheating on him and is now living with the same guy. Ed is keeping his son. All I know is the guy she's with is pretty worthless, not sure what the hell she was thinking!

Who is she seeing?

Some guy named David Harris (I think). Heard he heangs around some bad people, drugs, etc. Doesn't make any sense, but it happened.

I know ed, and it has been very difficult. He's had TWO serious car wrecks during this same time! He's mainly concerned about his son and cheri's boys (that he raised). Not sure what's up with cheri, i know her too and the whole way she's acting is very odd.

The whole thing is very sad. Ed is a good guy, Cheri is also a good person but she's acting pretty juvenile now, partying and stuff like that. Maybe her losing all the weight made her feel younger or something, but she sure is making a mistake imo.

She's acting like a teenager, leaving ed who is a ver good and trustworthy person and causing all the sadness for their family. She should feel ashamed!

I think Ed is really stepping up to the plate by basically raising his son himself. I know he loves that little boy more than anything, it will be hard for him to work, take care of his son, have any kind of social life. I think anyone who knows him should give him a call or a visit, he's being very responsible about all of this and is a good, good person. Not saying anything about cheri, I know Ed personally and any kind words to him would mean alot to him. He was also very close to his stepsons and is trying to keep everything as much of a family as he can, all during this being involved in 2 very bad car wrecks. Please keep him in your prayers!

Cheri has been through hell with this man! You guys only see the outside of him. He didn't even come close to raisig those boys..they have a wonderful dad. Cheri has worked..went to college..took care of her own kids..and had 2 life threatening surgeries of her own. Both of EDs wrecks..she was there..no one else would. Her brother died last week...give her a fucking break already! She deserves to be happy for once. This "DAVID" guy has been better to her in the past 2 months than ED was in 10 years.

Who was her brother?

Cheri is an awesome person and has a huge heart!! She has a great job and is a wonderful nurse, mother, and friend. People get divorces every day! That doesnt give anyone the right to plaster any ones personal lives all over internet. Cheri has raised all three of her sons from day one. Even after Ed and Cheri has been seperated she has been nothing but kind to that man. I know for a fact that both times Ed had his two seperate wrecks Ed called Cheri every time,and she was there every single time. Because he had no one except Cheri. As far as her having a tummy tuck, who cares she looks fucking amazing!!! You must have issues with yourself to roll her name around in the dirt...or it could be a jealosy factor!!!

Her new "guy" has been so good to her cause he's getting a free ride. The people posting on here don't know what they're talking about when bashing Ed. He never cheated like she did, never lied like she did many times. I have known Ed a long time and he has never said anything but good about her even after the separation started. I can assure you LINDSAY it's not a jealousy factor, he's concerned about the welfare of his son and she is concerned about other things. Ed can and will move on from this and do better. As for Cheri, we'll just have to wait and see. He also told me today that Cheri was accusing him of posting on here, she couldn't be more wrong! It is friends of Ed that obviously know him better than you or her boyfriend ever will. He told me that when he had this last serious wreck all he could think about was his son, which is why he called Cheri, i promise you he has many other people to rely on than cheri, as you will see in the future. He will be fine, Cheri on the other hand will have to live with what she's done, which anyone with a huge heart would have alot of trouble doing. If you want to start talking trash on here you're gonna find out he has alot more friends than you think. And i'm pretty sure he did basically raise her boys as their father and treated them as his own. He has told me that one of the hardest parts of this has been losing them too. I know this is long, but it's the truth, and everyone that REALLY knows what they're talking about would agree. Who are you LINDSAY, and how long have you known her? How do you know their history, wait i know, just from what SHE's told you right?

I have known Cheri for a long time!! I knew Cheri when she pretended to be happy with Ed, and I know Cheri now how she turly is happy. I dont listen to hear say talk is cheap, I have seen in fact heard many conversation of ED pleading to Cheri how much he loves her how much he wants her back. And as for Jacob and Josh how dare you say ED DODGE raised those boys??? They have their own father who takes care of them just as well as Cheri. Im not bashing ED im purely stating the facts, the truth really does hurt sometimes!!! Cheri sleeps fine at night with her huge heart, maybe ED should have paid more attention years ago...but his eyes sure are open now huh???

How can you say he didn't raise those boys? he was with them all the time from an early age! they're father is a good dad, i used to work with him, but most of the time they were living day to day with ed, and he included them in everything they did. And I think his eyes are truly open now to what cheri really is. She's got a history of cheating that I know as a FACT. Ed has been trying to save a family, get along with her for their son's sake. He's talked to me alot about it. You are completely wrong in thinking he wants her back at this point. All I can tell you LINDSAY is we'll see how all of this turns out in a year or so. Cheri's actions are unexcusable, Ed may not be perfect, nobody is, but he's a much better person than that. And like the saying goes, you can judge people alot by the friends they have, I know the friends Ed has, how concerned they are about him and he is a completely trustworthy and honest man, and a great father. Cheri acted like a teenager doing what she did and anyone with morals would say the same thing. You obviously don't know what the hell you're talking about. Ed can look back and know that he tried, Cheri just went out and screwed someone, what does that say about her? He was devastated, and STILL would not say anything bad about her. All he talks about at work is his complete love for his son, how he misses his stepsons, and that he wants to be able to get along with Cheri, and he doesn't talk about it except with close friends. You won't win this argument, what cheri did was wrong, there's no excuse for it, and even after it came out Ed was still concerned about her and offering help, so what does that say about him? His eyes are wide open now from what i've seen, more open than they were a couple of months ago, to the fact that Cheri did a terrible thing and that he doesn't want any part of it anymore. So good luck to her and her new man, i've heard he's a real winner, i'll stick with Ed.

Keep to things that you might be more in tune with like....Jerry Springer, or COPS reruns. She lied about going to school, she cheated, why would you think that anything she told you was the truth. I don't live in Ky, but down here in the land 'o cotton, we have a saying, "don't start nuthin, won't be nothin". So I suggest that you keep your worthless opinion(s) to yourself. Have a nice day.

Why would anyone lie about their brother dying.? People also need to remember that there are kids involved. They may get on Topix and read this crap. It would be hard for kids to read this about their mother.

Did he? I have heard nothing about it. If he did I am sorry for her loss. But again, check the source. I am aware that kids are involved, I think Cheri might have forgotten. No trying to sling mud, just have a natural knack for it. Just get pissed when people pile on. He's my brother and it's my job to look out for him. If you get pissed about anything I have said, take a deep breath and get over it.

It was her cousin, but they were as close as brother and sister. It was a big loss to her. I haven't said anything bad about Cheri to people, It's been a really hard couple of months for everybody. Lindsay you don't know me so you really shouldn't be saying stuff about me, it just makes things harder. You haven't been with us for 12 years so I really don't think you have anything to say bad about me, especially considering you've only met me since this started. There are children involved, especially the son we have together, and that's my main concern. She didn't lie about going to school. I appreciate the support Pat but I just want things to work out as well as they can for our son. This whole Subject should have never been on here in the first place because it's very personal and it's hard enough already. I and i'm sure the rest of the people involved with this situation think it just needs to STOP. Everything between Cheri and I should stay between just us. It's hard enough without people going back and forth about it, regardless of who's "side" they're on. In respect to me and Cheri, and especially the boys I would like to ask everyone to PLEASE LET THIS STOP
