My name is Daniel Stearman I have been living in Lincoln going on 3 years now My family love it hear. We have a good school here,and for the most part good friends. The only thing that concerns me is the poor quality of animal control in LINCOLN. Today I was almost bitten by a boxer when returning from yhe bus stop. I feel the mayor needs to get off of his butt and get something done about this,because are children should not be placed in this kind of DANGER. It is only a matter of time before a child is a victom.
