i am very close with these boys & they are so nice, funny, and smart. there is NO WAY they should be put in prison. & as for "dan m" yeah we are real student who go to mhs & know the boys!

how about 30 days locked up, lots of community service and probation?

Isn't it common knowledge that teenager's brains aren't fully developed and they do stupid things?

i've been friends with dylan and james for a long time now and if you could just look them in the eyes and and see that they are sorry and regret what they did, you would have a totally diffrent view of them Mr. tom slick.

This has been drawn way of out prospective. The confession should be some sign of agreement in knowing that the students did something they should not have. They could have went in there and told them till this second they had nothing to do with it and there could have been nothing done about it. But they didn't. I think that this needs to be re evaluated on what actully happend that day. According to the Principle of the High School the school was locked down no more then one period (90 minutes.) So by that meaning they could not have taken it seriously to begin with. These two boys are going through hell coping with this innocent and would do anything to turn back the clock. I think that somebody needs to look at this with a little bit of there head and make a decent decision for the boys and there families considering what the law is putting into place is not looking at this all to perspective. Giving them terrorism charges, are you kidding me these kids are nothing close to terrorists if anything close to just two kids who made a stupid decision and should be punished but not to the point of Jail time or a felony ruining there life for 15 years. They are both capitable of having excellent jobs in the future and considering they are already back into school this is still not being looked at correctly through the eyes of the corrupt system the state is trying to put upon them. For many of you know these two and you will know they are not the kind of kids who walk through school saying they are going to terrorize it if anything they are the two who make you laugh or give you something to do on the weekends. This just was one bad decision that has been brought way out of perspective of what actully happend.
