It's too bad he will lose his seat as judge, it would be nice to have someone with a little experience in the new extreamly 'Heavy Hand' approach the cops take nowdays.

I gaurantee this guys opinion of cops just changed. Anyone who has a case before should hope thery go before he gets removed, he will be a better judge (ie.- not agreeing with the cops just because they are cops).

Personally, I never have pepper spray before 5 o'clock. None-the-less, I am sure the honorable judge had a real blast, early the other morning.

We will sit in this courtroom and make sure he is punished to the fullest extent of the law.
Well, not really, we need judges to keep railroading people and forcing them to contribute via fines to our corporation. The judge didn't harm anyone. Besides, judges and law enforcement get a pass from us. They help generate revenue for a cause - prohibition.

MADD also agrees that legislators, judges, police and DA's should not be charged and convicted of DUI. They have facilitated the generation of revenue for our cause. We feel these groups need to be exempt from prosecution based on the amount of revenue they generate for our organizations

MADD’s CEO makes over 250k / yr. Thanks to all mentioned above for our ability to flourish and generate revenue from responsible consumers of alcohol. We don’t want the money train to stop. Ourr VIP panels generate over 2m annually in Illinois alone.

Pay no attention to this story about Judge Hall. We wholeheartedly believe him innocent regardless of the officers accusations. He has funneled so much money to our organization, how could he not be innocent?

Please contact me if you feel MADD is misguided in its goals

He will have the charges removed. Suspicion of DUI is the most they have, no BAC levels, no blood tests etc. They can take away his license for 6months for refusal of test, which is by no means DUI. Not to mention that the whole mace incident does not add to the officers credibility. Check the statistics: http://www.impactlab.com/2007/02/23/dealing-w... Judges know the law, they refuse the test for a reason. Almost all "roadside" tests are not meant to clear a person, but are administered only to further incriminate or add to any charges, whether an offense did or did not transgress.

HAZZARD, oops, I MEAN LAKE COUNTY,$65,000.00+ for my misunderstanding!, If---d up , admitted it , and payed the price, and I'm sill not driving,or done being financially raped! BLOVIATE-ME!

Yes all sould be non exempt from Dui punishment.I was just convicted of a dui lost my job almost my daughters.I was wearing my safety belt, as I pulled out of a bar.The police officer had no right to stop me but said I wasnt wearing a seatbelt. Then interogated me. I told him the truth has 2 or 3 beers. I was done after that.Passed all the test with flying colors. But the officer said I failed them. The judge didnt allow a rising level of alchol since I did slam 2 dark beers before I left the bar I was done after the blood test 1 hour later. He also said the officer did not lie.I lied. But in fact officers and da and judges work together. You have to have very good lawyers in dui cases who will do their own investigating to beat the system. Its a money thing DUI =revenue.Your guilty before proven innocent.

Anyone know what happened with Larry Walsh, Will County Executive, who was arrested for drunk driving? Did he find a way out of it (wink), or did he get a slap on the wrist? I want to know what MADD thinks of him?

you do know that the cop who arrested him was dead within 6 six weeks of the arrest. I have no problem with cops but mundelein cops are a bunch of hard asses. They need some real crime out there. I mean since they have so much time messin with judges who they need to stand before to get all their bs dui convictions. How ungrateful can you be.

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Gemini

If you're currently keeping something secret it will really start to prey on your mind today and you'll worry about blurting it out at the wrong moment. It's one of those days in which you're absent-minded and completely wrapped up in your own thoughts. As a result, it will be hard to concentrate on anything else and this won't go down well in certain quarters.
