Looking forward to coming back home for another reunion with lots of folks from days gone by! Dogwood 2011 is going to be awesome.

Yes it will be awesome!!! The stinking, toothless, dirty, nasty, people that attend that worthless event is the greatest show on earth! The Dogwood Festival is a great time for family and friends. I am so glad that it has been kept alive this many years. As a child I always looked forward to the Dogwood, and as an adult I look forward to it so I can chat it up with old friends. I say City of Mullens, keep up the good work! It's not as big as it used to be but it's still a good thing for this community, with everything bad that goes on around here, it's great to still have this to bring the GOOD people of this community together

i loved the dogwood festival growing up. It was a great time. Made the little town come alive with excitement! I haven't been since the early 90's, but they keep getting big names to come play for them.

They decided to cancel the festival and evacute this poor excuse of a town and move elsewhere.

Is there any place that gives the homeless a place to stay? I see the benches in town are full once again.

Yeah they are full of druggies hand around on them all day long we need a law that they cant hang around like that used to be one.

Why should I calm down ? Has this affected you in any way? Well it burns me up that a select few can make all the dissions in this town,reguardless of who they affect! You may not have to get out,or even want to,and that is fine,but some have a life and we do need to go places, the side walk is good enough all year for whatever.

BAHAHAHAHAH it doesnt last long and if its an emergency I am sure they would let you through, my goodness always someone wanting to complain about something this town tries to do.

Go away haters - Mullens is and always will be my home town and I'm proud of it. The Dogwood Festival is a great time of year to reunite with friends and family - and hpefully not run into to any of your kind... We're Baaaaaaaack!
