I have and I'm so tired of trying to work things out with them. Lady at the bank told me I wans't the only customer being done this way. Would love to hear from others that can relate. Thanks :)

He evidently pocketed the money, because they have no record of that payment in their office, thankfully I kept my copy of the work order!!!
mullens resident Pineville, WV	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #4 Feb 29, 2008 i was done the same way buy the installer and thank GOD i saved my receipt also. i wish there was another cable company other than jb in mullens because they would have to shut their doors. its a shame you have no cable half the time and internet either. maybe if enough ppl complained it would stop. they need to check in to the employees. and the prices are unreasonable for the shitty channels we get.....

Had to find reciepts and checks to prove that I had payed my bill. Just wondering if we were supposed to be 3 months behind why wasnt my cable disconnected?
LAUGHING HARD Charleston, WV	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #8 Mar 28, 2008 I would suggest everyone go to verizon dsl and a sattelite..You can get dsl for $13 a month and it is very reliable and directv will give you anything you want if you use them. Dsl from verizon has been pretty good to me and with 4 computers running off the same router it is still very fast.. so tell jet to stick it and go another route..

Verizon DSL is not available at my house. I have been trying to get it for over 3 years and they have no idea when it will be available. JBB's high speed internet is not available either. So...I'm stuck on dialup until something comes along. I gave up my dish and went to JBB about 6 months ago. I have had to call every single month and get my bill fixed. But I talk to that lady named Judy and she is really nice.

There is double billing, continuing service calls, etc. Whoever trained their customer service reps knew absolutely zero about service. You can tell some of them want to help but don't know what the hell to do. I hear from staff members that they have financial problems that are causing them to get even further behind in correcting problems. They may be Bankrupt soon. Soooooooo, RUN!!!! Get DSL and satellite now before you fall into the same pit.

So I call technical support and they give me a ticket number, I then give that ticket number to customer service who set up an "appointment" for a repair. They usually say they cant come for 3-4 days and then have a time between 8-12 or 1-5. I am a working man, I just can't leave work for four hours and wait for them to come. Also there has been a few times when I had a work order and no one ever showed up at all, they didn't even call.

Extra accts with large balances?I am very leary of their trustworthiness. Especially after reading some of the posts on here about them. We have had nothing but trouble from JBB.Digital box is a joke. Picture is not digital. Seriously considering going back to satellite dish or directv and buy an antenna for the locals. This company is unreal. Almost as bad as the water co here.
