In my opinion, Ray Toler is by far the best officer that Mullens has ever had.

I really like Ray also, It is about time we get a good honest police officer in town we can trust,I feel he enjoys his job and it shows Keep up the good work Ray. Who knows you may be mayor of this big city someday.

I wish I could remember the guy that came down from Mt. Hope, he went to Oak Hill after he quit....He was funny, I think he shot 6 cats, 4 ducks and about 12 deer. He killed more thing on duty than any cop in the state of WV....I was scared to death some one was going to reach for their wallet and get shot 46 times when he was here.

no, it wasn't Stull........another guy...younger. He was quick to pull his gun, I saw it myself. Everytime 911 said there was an injured cat at the taxie stand.......silence then BANG.....BANG...!!!!

All of our cops that we have are good, but I must say I am beginning to wonder why we even have the cops because whenever they bust someone for whatever, or give them tickets they get out of it because of whoever. It is a known fact that if you get into trouble over drugs or stealing you just get a slap on the wrist if that. Go to mullens hill and ask how some of them got off on big charges.

I must say that the silverfox is the best officer in Mullens, he is like today's John Wayne, he is rough and tough and takes no sh?t off anyone. He goes out and does his job. He works hard everyday and is devoted to his job and community. If the rest of the cops in the county was like our Mullens' Silverfox then i know in my heart this county would be a very peaceful place.
