I am so excited about the mullens midget league A Team Cheerleders. I feel that they can go to compitition and bring it home. They have a wonderful coach. And the squad is going to be so much better now that some certain kids quit. coach you now don't have to content with that one mom that shouldn't even been aloud to reproduced. GOOD LUCK A TEAM CHEERLEADERS.....BRING IT HOME!!!!

Yes we do have a good squad this year and we do hope that we bring it home. But talking about someone's kids and mother isn't very good sportmanship. There is drama in every sport and yes some parents get difficult but that is all a part of it.

I can complain about whatever. This parent is absolutly unreal. She lives to argue with people. And really it is uncalled for. Why would someone want to act the way she does in front of her kid, much less in front of the whole football league? The daughter is a sweet child and a very good cheerleader, but her mother ruins it for and others.

I wasn't... I said that I was excited of the a team cheerleaders this year and think they could bring home a trophy, especially since the one parent was gone. Because she started so much trouble.

I have been involved with the Midget League this year...and please beleive it's more than just a cheerleaders mom actin crazy..(i know who you are speaking of...and that's all I'm going to say about that)...but there are some kid(s) on the football team who's parents (i.e. mom's)...need to get a life and realize that football is a tough sport your kid is going to get hurt...It you can't handle it then don't let them play....the teams could've been great this year but the coaches are afraid to coach in fear that they might make a parent mad.....if you don't want your kid being rough don't let em play football!!!!

Amen, You tell them, I know because I am there every practice, and sick and tired of two mothers always out on the field because another child "hit or kicked" their child. Grow up, if you or your child can't handle it than quit. My God I'm so sick of it, Im about ready to take my boys out of it because of parents. If my child and your child is out their hitting each other, than the coach will say something, so the mother that came out on the field and fussed at my kid, just quit!!! We are all tired of it!

Because she started so much trouble. LOL!! I take it you are now going to tell me someone was trying to pose as an imposter under your username and ISP location because as stated in an above post by your username and ISP location, "I can complain about whatever I want". Now you are saying " I wasn't". Wow! Anyway, so you are worried about some ex 'cheer mom' causing trouble and now they are gone, your team has hopes or potential of winning a trophey?? Well, clear this up for me. Aren't you stirring the pot by making such statements on a public forum? Wouldn't this be considered starting trouble? You don't think people can't figure out who you are speaking of? Think about it.

I have dealt with this kind of drama in every sport except for in basketball. The reason why I haven't had to deal with drama is because they have closed practices. If They would have this in midget league there would not be any problems. There is too many parents that what to put in their input on things and too many that want to cause problems. Kids know that while mommy and daddy is there that if something is said or happens then they can just run to mommy and daddy and they will put a stop to it. That is wrong, if you sign your child up for a sport and the coach is teaching how it is done then the parents need to go somewhere else. Or apply for the postion of coach.

I am so glad there are others that feel the same way I do,.....the coaches and players/cheerleaders are doing a fantastic job...if the parents would step back...and as far as closed practices that would probably be a great idea, but really how can you do that at an open field....I think some of these parents needs to be told to shut up and sit down or go home...it should be written in the contract that we all signed at the beginning of the year...no mama's boys allowed...LOL :)

i played football in the Mullens pee-wee and Midget leagues and continued all the way thru 4 years of college football.... there will always be parents who stick their nose into things they really shouldn't... What they dont realize is that they just make it hard on their own kids.. the coaches develop hard feelings and the kids own teamates see it also... My parents never said a word to coaches except thank you... i thank them for that and have to realize, those midget coaches are out there on their own time and are not paid... we're all human, so i'm sure that their is some favoritism from time to time,.. but guess what, it's that way everywhere.. from midet football, college football, to a big fortune 500 company that i work for.. its life.

so true "football player"....I constantly thank the coaches because having coached in the past I know how it is....that's why I don't coach now!!..could not put up with the parents....but for all the parents who enjoy sitting back and watching...good for you all...to the parents who run on the field everytime their kid gets knocked down...get your own life and let your kids live theirs....!!!!

Aaaaa, its not just football goto a baseball or basketball game. Parents has forgotten what Pee-wee, Midget, T-ball, and Biddy Buddy was started for. Its to teach the basics of sports and sportsmanship. The win win and score more points deal for childern is waaaay out of hand. Thats why I don't coach anymore. Just too many parents want to 'coach' from the bleachers and not be supportive of the TEAM.
