WEHS dress code for girls [show no clevage] if girls come to school with boobiecrack they have to change their blouses at school and put on a school tee-shirt and wear it the rest of the day.if they show no boobiecrack at the beginning of school day fine unless their blouse/cammie accidently droops down later and shows a little boobiecrack or they bend over, yeap the boobie patrol teacher puts them into school tee-shirt arrest for remainder of day. you know it seems like boobie patrol is a full time job at wehs.lol

wondering does the same dress code rule apply to women teachers. are dress code patrolers male or female. id hate to think a male teacher was made to watch my 2 girls boobs all day long waiting for boobiecrack to show lol that sounds perverted and a little like indirect sexual harassment.any lawyers out there want to give some insight on this.what about boys are they monitored for buttcrack clevage or wing ding endowement clevage or lack of showing through their pants.some girls are more endowed in the breasts than others so clevage show would be more prominent.

What the hell is Boobiecrack????....That sounds.....Painful!!!....or could it be....a Titty thats hooked on drugs???....I've never been in a Town where body parts can get hooked on drugs.....I wonder if people say things like...."She's a real sweet girl....But her boobs are druggies....and her puss get an SSI check" |

All students everywhere should have to were uniforms.School is for learning, no fashion shows,or clevage shows.

It DOES apply to EVERYONE--teachers and students alike. There is a written rule that one cannot show the three B's: back, butt, or breasts. Your two girls, if they go to East, should have seen a copy of this dress code. If not, call and ask for a copy of it. There is even a definition of when too much breast is showing. If a girl's shirt is lower than four close fingers below her collar bone, then she must put on another shirt or zip up her jacket. It isn't sexual harrassment. It is a simple matter of appropriate attire for school, which should be a place for learning, not for attracting the opposite sex. It embarrassess teachers, female and ESPECIALLY male, to have to ask our daughters to cover themselves up. Clothing manufacturers are at fault for this problem right now. The "in" style is low-cut. Parents need to monitor what their children wear out the door. I won't let my daughter wear low-cut shirts. Granted, she is only thirteen and in the eighth grade, but the rule will apply when she's older. It would be nice if every parent could do this, but I know it isn't possible. Some parents work and are gone before their children go out the door, and some sly little devils will change their shirts once they get to school. Still, if parents will let their kids know what they expect of them and will monitor what is bought before it even comes home, the problem will begin to take care of itself. Mrs. Smith did NOT create this "law" on her own. The dress code had always mentioned showing too much; however, it wasn't clearly defined. The new clothing styles that came into style had so much on display, and she had so many complaints from teachers--male and female alike--about the showing of cleavage, that she HAD to start getting tough on enforcing the dress code. It then came to the attention of the faculty and staff that the code wasn't clear enough about what constituted a violation, so the dress code was updated to include something specific to define what is showing too much. This is very similar to what happened in earlier decades in public schools concerning short skirts. Some of you parents will remember this: Skirts must be longer than the tips of a girl's fingers when she is standing with her arms straight at her sides. There should be no qualms or questions about this dress code, guys! Our kids are at school to learn! I, for one, don't want my daughter's boobies on display, and I don't want my son distracted by the boobies of someone else's daughter! |

WEHS is an institution of learning, not a place for children (or teachers) to show off their physical attributes. Low cut blouses, high skirts and the like should be banned, they have no place in an institution of learning. This should also cover tight jeans, sleeveless shirts and underwear sticking out of the top of your pants while the legs drag the ground.School uniforms should be introduced. That would eliminate that problem as well as problems with class envy.Parents would also not have to go out and spend a fortune every year on the latest fashions so that their kids could fit in. Every one would fit in,and you only need to purchase new clothing as you grow. There would be less distraction ,kids wouldn't worry about who's wearing what,no more worry about foul language or rebel flags on t-shirts.Maybe then kids would concentrate more on learning ,and teachers wouldn't have to be on the lookout all the time for banned clothing. Some might argue I dress for my personality or to be different or to make a statement, well that's fine, your free to wear what you want after school.People all over this world wear uniforms everyday. There is nothing wrong with children doing also.Maybe it would even help with bringing kids back under control, and let them know that the adults are in charge, and they are to listen and do as their told.Period. |
I've been saying this for years! |

Uniforms would solve many promlems. Many parents who can't afford name brand cloths would be relieved.

What would it take to get a uniforms into our schools? Should parents go before the board or what? |

We are fortunate to live in such a diverse community. Sure we have our social issues in schools but not like larger cities. Uniforms would eliminate the social barriers of name brands for the children whose parents can afford such luxuries. In any area I personally think that is a positive. It would put more focus on academics and lesson the harassment that children can put each other through. Adolescence can be hard enough and who is wearing what shouldn't be a concern as well. So therefore I think school uniforms is a great idea. |

I wonder if parents united and got a petition up, it would cause uniforms be required before the next school year? |

I wonder if it would be a entire state issue or if had to go by county to county? That is a good idea! |
|
This issue comes up all the time; it is usually dropped. I don't know what it would take to get uniforms, but until it is a recurrent issue that rears its head in the forefront of educational issues, it will take a back seat. Right now, there are other issues that take precedent. Our schools are doing a wonderful job of consistently raising the bar. Did you know that Mullens Middle School had an unprecedented 90.22% of its students who tested on the WESTEST get mastery or above in the area of Reading/Language Arts? This is WELL above the state average and quite a bit above the county average. This is what are focus should be--not on whether or not our girls are baring their boobies!

Wat ppl dont understand is that most ppl find their soul mate in school and if they arent liking school because of a stupid uniform there are going to wont to drop out of school. I am not saying all kids will want to drop out but i no most of the kids in my class dont like school and making kids wear uniforms may just put them over the edge to drop out
