A thank you to the parents of this young man. They apparently convinced him to make the right choice. He turned himself in.

Everyone needs to read the last line carefully. "He will be returned to Clovis, where he will be booked into the Curry County Detention Center" and should continue to say..."where he will escape from in the very near future". Can't we book him somewhere else that can keep their prisoners?

This kid is a murderer! There is no reason in the world to kill anyone unless you are defending your life or someone else's. The way that it was done was not self defense. It was murder.
All "murderers" deserve the death penalty. It should be carried out within 6 months with only one appeal. Not 10 years later after 5-6 appeals. The people who died never had a chance to appeal for their lives!

I don't believe any government officials are responsible for the way he was raised or for the choices he made.

I am very thankful to GOD that this MURDERER is in custady. I don't blame his parents, (except for the fact that it sounds like they knew where he was and didn't tell the authorities)I also do not blame our government or the fact that he is hispanic I BLAME HIM AND ONLY HIM. It makes me sick to my stomach to read about his mom saying it was self defense and she hopes to prove his inocence Does she think that it was also self defense when he was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, if that is the case there must be alot of people who do no like this guy. As far as I'm concerned ( and this is just my opinion ) he blew his chance at self defense and innocence when he shot the girl when she started screaming and then broke out the window with the gun he shot them with and ran. Just because I am family does not mean that I think there is not more to the story but for whatever reason they were in that neighborhood it does not justify being murdered. I just pray that his Wife, girls, Brothers and parents can find some peace now that they will get some answers
