I think A LOT more business's should do this, not only for themselves, but also for their employee's. This would benefit everyone and SHOULD also force the gas prices down as well as other prices. IT IS A SUPER IDEA!!!!
PLUS, EVERYONE COULD SPEND MORE TIME WITH THEIR FAMILIES. SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE YEARS AGO..........

I think this is a great idea. It saves money and who wouldn't want a 3 day weekend ever week!

The only problem is that you could not do that at Subaru of Lafayette, they make people run all day. You can hardly make it through 8 hours. That place is a big joke!
Some places might be ok.

It would save money for people. But the hours of operation for the night shift (2nd shift) are just plain wrong. 7pm-5am. Come on. Where is the savings if you have kids? The people who made these decisions obviously don't have children. If they did they would know that it is much harder to find PROPER daycare for those hours. Plus it cost more for overnight care. Sometimes by the hour. You get people who don't mind an hr or 2. But 5 hours, get real. Then they take an hr away from the pay. I wonder what the stockholders would do if they were in those meetings when people were saying what a bad decision they made.

it does affect those with children, but just
think you can get all of your errands out of the
way on friday and share sat and sun with your
kids.
at sia, you would just have to do as they want
you to or give up your $50,000 a year job!

I worked at welfare national trailers for a short
time, and I wish they would have had 10 hr days.

just hang in there, when they get the plant in
KENTUCKY THEY WILL LAY OFF AT THE LAFAYETTE
PLANT AND STICK US LAFAYETTE CITY TAXPAYERS
WITH THERE HALF COMMITTED TAX ABATEMENTS!!!!
