Lafayette Mayor Tony Roswarski wants to give the city total local control of its water utilities by pulling out of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.

It's funny how elected officials seem to forget their place once in office. Customers can also kick the Mayors (and others) out of office by re-electing someone who will act responsibly in the position they were allowed to assume by the VOTERS. Both of them - Tony and Randy - forgot that little tidbit of info in this article.

The big concern is how reckless will they get with the public water supply just to cut corners on expenses furing hard times. The Voters are the watchdogs. Are we doing OUR job to keep an eye on these people?

JUST THINK ABOUT IT, THE CITY WANTS TO BUY APARTMENTS NOW, THEY HAVE ALREADY TOOK OVER
AND TOLD THE BUSINESSES HOW TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS, THEY HAV SHOWED THE TAXPAYERS THAT
THEY WILL SUPPORT MARTY SENNETT AND THE CRIMINALS
AT CITY BUS, THE MAYOR HAS TOOK RATE PAYERS MONEY
TO FUND HIS CAMPAIGN TO TAKE OVER THE WATER RATES.
HOW MUCH MORE CAN THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS TAKE
FROM US TAXPAYERS!
WAKEUP CITIZENS, PACK THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING
MONDAY, SEPT. 8, AT 7 P.M.
TELL THEM WE HAVE TAKEN ENOUGH!
