Review: Andrew Diorio Plumbing & Htng

Do not hire Diorio Summit Plumbing - Extremely bad Summit NJ plumbing contractor - Utterly dismal service, left us with a leaking toilet and refused to correct it without billing us, claiming it was a prior issue; all around an incredibly unprofessional, irresponsible and entirely uncooperative experience. DO NOT hire or work with this company or contractor.

They came all the way from Summit to Chantilly VA to do a plumbing job for you? Wow!

That must have been a singular instance. I have used Andrew on a couple occasions and have been very impressed. Neat, clean, professional work, I consider him very qualified and will continue to use him on future jobs.

Andy Diorio is a thorough professional. I have used him on 2-3 occasions and his work has always been excellent. He has never over-charged or been unfair with his costing; in fact, if its a problem that he can fix by merely giving you guidance over the phone, he will do so and never unnecessarily make you pay by visiting.
I am very happy with Andy and his son's work and will recommend them without any hesitation.

I completely disagree with the oringal poster in this thread. Andrew and his son have done work for me on many occasions and they are the most professional and polite people you ever want to meet. They take care not to damage or dirty your home and make sure that everything is done to your satisfaction before leaving. I am going to use them again very soon for a generator installation. I highly recommend their service.

Hey Frank if you were told that it was a prior problem and you new that it was not,why didn't you fix it yourself.You obviously have the ability to determine what the cause was,so you must have some knowledge of plumbing.
Do not go around bad mouthing people if you dont know what your talking about.
You obviously just wanted to get a job done for free.Most plumbers in this area know him and respect him.We deal with people like you all the time.Luckily the majority of people are happy to have someone who does a good job at a fair price.Thats why the other comments you see are positive.Thats how you stay in business these days,by doing the right thing by people,not ripping them off!Fortunately the truth is in the amount of positive posts.

Very positive experience from Andrew and his son. The plumbing inspector commented on the quality of the work as above and beyond. We had waste pipe stack plus hot and cold supply to first and second floor and appliances/bathrooms replaced.
