Information about vehicle accident involving Walter t pittman?

Can they help me with obtaining information about the accident? Reportedly it was on October 20, on highway 110....while another accident was taking place on Palos Verdes Peninsula. It was not clear which accident was his and there was no followup.
Have never been to California... Could someone please help? |
