My daughter attended the toddler's class (Room B) and was badly scratched with lips cut, chin bitten, and both cheeks and nose scratched one day. I decided to talk to the director since the teachers were unable to tell me what had happened and I was really upset about the injuries. The director, Annie, informed me that the injuries were not caused by one child and had occurred at different times!!! Can you imagine the level of care?! And that's not all!!! After our meeting, for the following two weeks, Annie would pull me aside and tell me how misbehaved my daughter was that day. Needless to say, my daughter no longer attends Action Day/Primary Plus and my friends are well informed of the care at Action Day.

I worked there for one day and I asked my supervisor not to send me there anymore, before I got in trouble with one of the ladies working there, they care about filling the paper work, before of taking care of the children.

My child attended this school as well. I'm horrified but not surprised by these reviews. Watch out if you are attending their Open Houses this weekend, they will be all sweet and smiles and make lots of promises but will not stick to them once your child is enrolled. Especially watch out for any "free tuition" offers, you will have to fight like hell to actually get them to adhere to their promises. They keep trying to make you stay another month first. Let's not forget the head lice infestation and outbreak in the childrens loft - which my child loved at the open house, but then was never allowed to go in at school (not that I minded but she was disappointed) I later found out from another Mom this was because of a head lice infestation - they conveniently forgot to tell most of the parents about this. I've never seen head lice, pink eye, strep throat and hand, foot and mouth disease spread like wildfire repeatedly at any other school, I mean, it is a continuous thing - I'm sure they will take the outbreak notices (if they post them) down for the Open House. My child was always afraid to ask any of the teachers for help with anything so I found my child had been suffering all day with an injury or having to go potty during nap time and holding it or not being able to open the lunch drink, being harassed on the playground while the teachers are busy talking to each other and not watching the kids. "Annie" is a nightmare, a big snide smile on her face while she gives you bad news, all the time it seems. They also exclude your child from things if they are part-time and don't make much of an effort to make them feel included with the class or welcome with things. I felt so bad for my child for being "left-out" all the time. You will notice nearly all of the teachers look unhappy with their heads down and seem very mean. Not the ideal feeling a parent wants from those caring for their child! Not to mention the parking fiasco, in the mornings or the evenings when you are in a rush to pick up your child (if you pick them up close to closing time) and if you are one minute late, you are slapped with a $10 fee and a notice which goes in their file (even if there is a traffic jam or car wreck, they are un-bending and not human or understanding about it). During special events,(of which there are very few) plan to park several blocks away and walk and then fight hoardes of parents to try and get photos or even see your child - it is a nightmare and unorganized a big joke! I'm so sorry I ever sent my child here, hopefully, I can save another child (and parent!) from this horrible place! I could never in good conscience reommend this school to anyone and in fact, I feel a moral obligation to warn others!
