The state trooper that was responding to this accident, with sirens blaring.....was held up by 2 dump trucks that evidently had no idea how to pull over when approached by an emergency vehicle...waiting til they were actually in one of the most dangerous places of 611 to just stop on the highway for this officer to go around them...as the officer was shouting at them on his car speaker.....it's a shame these police cars do not have a camera aimed to take plate #'s ...to get them later
