Have you ever noticed that Hot Springs has a lot of bad roads that need redone? They have an enormouse amount of potholes, sewers sticking up out of the pavement, bumps, cracks etc.... The funny thing is the city is always asking for more money and they have lots of new trucks driving around. I think that they don't need any more money until they can take what they have and fix the roads around here. Lord only knows what they do with what they have. It is not really a small amount. In my opinion they don't need more money for their incompetance.

yeah no kidding! They spend all kinds of money for tourism and the town looks like s***. They have old run down buildings they don't want to spend any money on and potholes all over the streets. A town this size should not have as many prostitutes and toothless crackheads running around. This is just my opinion.
