45,000 Uninsured Americans Die Every Year

It is sad that they have to die and I believe that there should be some sort of gov't system to provide for them, but not at the cost of hard-working citizen's private health care.

According to the CDC, about 60% of Americans have privatized health insurance. We should not punish those that are happy with their insurance for not wanting to give in to socialism.

This is just another way for the gov't to dig into our pockets...there are several reports where the gov't health care system will cost more than private care.

Back to my first paragraph. I do believe that there needs to a be a system where those without health insurance can be covered. Possibly increase funding for health clinics in the nation and maybe temporary free insurance or cost covering for extreme cases. But, UHC will hinder those that have good American private insurance. The proposed system will be abused, there will be addicts, illegal immigrants, and hypochondriacs filling the clinics in the US, while those that really need assistance will have to wait until their number is called (generally 8 hour wait in Candada).

The UHC bill that should reach Congress soon should cost about 1T dollars, according to the gov't. Has there ever been a bill that went under budget? I wish I could find a video clip, but a man was on the news this morning explaining how it will cost over 4T, in order to be successful in the lowest degree...And the claim about the UHC system not adding to the deficit...Where the hell is the money coming from? Does Obama poop money?

Obama is all about keeping and making jobs, what about those jobs that are lost when the health care companies fail? Another bailout? SMH

I do not understand the Obama administration's logic on this proposed bill. It does not make any sense at all. This man needs to be removed from his post and let a real president come into office for a REAL CHANGE...and I am not talking about Biden or Pelosi either.

2,448,017 people died in the United States in 2008.
If the wildly slanted statistic that 45,000 died without insurance is true, does it even make a ripple on the common sense scale?
Apparently being insured, as illustrated by the aformentioned number...doesn't guarantee immortality.
What would that number of deaths be in 2014 if healthcare becomes rationed?
