Three Rivers Hospice

I think it is sad how this company has went downhill so fast. From my understanding the employees are not treated equal either! There seems to be a large turnover in staff, maybe they should fix or get rid of that problem. I have also heard alot of the problems come from an over achiever that is fake and not to be trusted but heading straight to the top and will do anything to get there!

Hospice compassus is the same way, they have a couple women ( and I use that term loosely) there that are always trying to sleep thir way to the top. They even do it right there in the building after hours.

Those are some strong words. Do you have proof of those accusations?

Actually I do though it would not matter they are pretty good at lying their way out of things. There are also some videos of these activities floating around and thru town.

Videos? They taped themselves at work having an affair? That is not smart! Why is this post about Three Rivers when it sounds like there is bigger news across town at Hospice Compassus!

Wow I heard HC was good company! I am sure that much worse goes on at 3 rivers. If everyone wants to sleep together let them as long as patient is taken care of. Which isn't always the case at 3 rivers. This isn't about HC.

I think this is wrong. As far as I have heard, 3 Rivers takes very good care of the patients. Plus, they pay for more that HC. 3 Rivers is a good company.

I did here that theyre gonna be laying people off sence they dont have many patients.

They don't have many patients because of the person running the show.If you don't like to party you don't always last long.Administrator should spend less time fireing employees and a little more time out in the field finding patients in need!

Sounds as if you work for this company,Funny that you think your safe.. they are sneaky and dont play by the rules. If you think you are safe or your lover..your sadly mistaken. This was a good company until Paula Sweeney started running the place, which Donna Bean is her puppet master. I would want to protect my license if i worked for her. She puts everyone at risk. When she is done with paula she will fire her and put someone else in firing range to cover her rear at a hefty salary. Unemployment may look good when you no longer have a nursing license and have to start working as a bartender again. Cheers!
