Does anyone know the status of the former Montavello Police Chief Southerland. Has he been charged for selling the impounded cars? Also, is he a cop anywhere else in the area?

He is now a vacuum cleaner salesman or something. Not been arrested, or charged or anything at all. No longer in law enforcement.
