Three charged in Wal-Mart theft scheme

Its the thiefs that cause our prices to go up.Regular customers have to pay the costs for theift.I have seen lately that most people who work in retail,do not take their jobs very seriously anymore.They spend far too much time talking,And don't pay much attention to customers,I doubt this is what happened there.I worked a number of years for Wal-mart.We had a lot of responsibilites.And we sure did not spend a lot of time goofing off.These profesenal thiefs are sometimes hard to catch.

I worked in retail many moons ago and can tell you that some people are so caught up in their own bs that they contribute to the thefts thereby contributing to our prices going up. They are so busy sleeping with each other, gossiping, and plain old not giving a rats ass to look out for thieves, let alone actually help customers. If you don't like working in retail enough to do your job, quit. It really is that simple. If employers started holding their employees responsible for their actions and lack there of it would be a different story.

During my life in retail,While I was working at Wal-mart for 16 years,Most of the theft was employees,Even up front casheres would take money out of the cash register.When they were finally caught,I would see them in another local store on a cash regirter.Our biggest theft though was someone inside,And it was a big amount.While I worked in Dillards,Girls would change into clothing of the rack,And through their old clothing away.Some were caught,and some just kept on steeling.During our first few months at Dillards,Almost every Friday someone was taken out by Douglasville Police Dept,In cuffs,And employee.While sometimes we would find a pile of clothing under a table for later theft,Half of the theifts was employees

if I were being paid $4 per hour, I would steal what I needed also.the employer is stealing from the employees by paying them $4

i say what goes around comes around. wal mart for years has been taking advantage of people. paying ridiculously low wages, forcing their employees on government assistance, ( which is essentially stealing from america, because there would be no need for the government to pay for wal mart employees healthcare if wal mart wernt the greediest corporation in the world and did what they were supposed to do) and not to mention the many other ways wal mart looks out for their own interest and no one elses. wal mart is the epitome of greed and corruption and i dont care if someone went in and stole every item in the store.. that would only account for a fraction of what wal mart has cost america in the form of small business losses and employee welfare.

Mr Sam Walton was a good man.I cried when he died,I was still working there at the time.While he was allive Wal-mart was a good place to work.And I loved it.After his death everything changed,I think partly because folks hated their jobs.They were unhappy and they wanted others to also be unhappy.There were some men given departments to run,Who could not read or write,A lot of women were overlooked simple because they were women.The men were paid better also.I was on my own during that time,And it was very hard to make end meets.I had a Mother who would fix care packages for me every time I visted her.And being raised poor I knew how to stretch a dollar.Things are good for me now,But you are right they paid us barely above minimum.I was in customer service so I probable earned 50 cents more than some of the others,I went to the mall to work as soon a they started hiring.And I finished out my working days in the mall.My store was closing anyway.

Some people just don't know the difference between right and wrong. Trying to jusify stealing is ridiculous! Wal-mart may not be treating their employees right but that's still no reason to steal.

i never said stealing was right... i was simply making a point of what goes around comes around.

my point was, if someone was just determined to steal, im glad they did it at wal mart.

McConnell is correct: Bush applying pressure (continuously criminally stalking Margie Schoedinger) purposefully to force Schoedinger to commit suicide does in fact constitute murder where it culminated in her death.

Back in the day when I was working at the Fairburn road store,There were only a very few who were baned from coming into the store.We had some real characters in those days.I remember this man named Billy Ray who said he was formerly a Harlem Globe thotter,And he was very interesting to talk to.He would find something in the store that he liked,And come to checkout and offer a dollar for it.We could not do that.Because we did not own the store.He was a really cool guy.And we enjoyed talking to him.
