Bullitt Co. auto body shop owner accused of rape

Where was this guys shop located?

This story reads fishy. The victim shows up at the body shop at 1:30 AM and proceeds to purchase pain pills that she proceeds to smash, then snort, gets ripped and thus can not consent to any sex acts? It also reads as though a barter arraignment was agreed to as the victim had no money yet the body shop owner had rendered services. That seems to seem jive with the pick up time of vehicle. If the body shop owner had released the car to her after she snorted the pain pills would he have been liable for releasing the car to someone who was intoxicated? This poor old man seems to have received the short end of the stick in more ways than one!

From the story it sounds like he is guilty of stupidity, not rape.
As far as I know stupidity is not a crime... although maybe it should be.

Being stoopid should hurt,

snorting pain pills and messing with a man old enough to be your grandpa, is beyond the boundaries of stupidity.

Some people should be grateful that he's willing to take it out in trade. The barter system is all we have to get over on the tax man and in these cash strapped times, it can be our best option!

The guy should rot in jail , he's a pos . She wasn't too bright either , but since she was under the influence she cannot consent to anything . That's the law and why he is in jail . His family are all thieves and losers anyway . More transplants from outside Mt Washington

It sickens me that a man is now a sex offender because a woman knowingly got high and then had sex with the dude and because she was under the influence of illegal prescriptions drugs it's considered non consensual.

If I get wasted and do something I regret I suck it up. I shouldn't have put myself in the situation in the first place.
