mt sterling walmart management has gone crazy

what is going on with management at walmart and i dont just mean gina scott the store manager but now they have some new managers in different departments who have got power mania going on in their little brains. people complain about bad service there, not enough lanes open, not enough help to take care of customers when they ask for help, rude employees. I have been watching all of this going on for the last 6 months and over and i have discovered that yes there r some rude employees but there are also some who are just tired of all the bullshit they r getting put through because of all the changes that half of do not make any sense. get rid of older employees makes them more money, cutting hours to a bare crew also makes them more money,jerking people around on their hours to where they are unable to get their benefits and then all the verbal bullshit they use on their employees heck i would probably not have a good attitude with my customers either. there is alot more going on besides what i have stated, on and lets not forget that what they say is what u do regardless of how many years of good service u have given them because if u don"t let them talk to u in a rude and overbearing way u will be wrote up. I have been in this store and heard 2 dept managers talking about staff and who"s doing what, ladies this should be done in private. i have documented all of this and have decided to send it to their corprate offices to see if they are willing to do anything to make this store better, but they will probably treat it just like they due every other complaint sent to them absolutely NOTHING.

You are right about the managers. All of them are letting their jobs go to their heads. I have worked there a couple months now and have seen my fair share of mistreatment that the mangers dish out. I am not sure what shift you are referring to but the one I work sucks. We all try to keep a good attitude but its hard when your constantly told you are not doing you job right or getting wrote up for stupid things like for instance wearing an off colored blue shirt. Especially when the managers bf is wearing a an american eagle shirt. Or getting yelled at for having to go to the bathroom. The managers have been stressing how the older and faithful employees have been shoving negative thoughts in us new hires heads. But in all reality its the mangers who are causing our negative attitudes. I probably shouldn't be ranting on here but I came across this and wanted to speak my peace

No to mention the fact that they are sleeping with the teenage girls and boys that work there. That looks so bad on the store. I don't see how they let stuff like that go on in their store and it's not like they don't know about it either because it's right out in the open for everyone to see. These girls and boys think they are sleeping their way to the top and managment is perfectly fine with it. This store is full of rude, smarta$$ employees and dirty old perverts. It is truly an embarrasment to our comunity. Only in mountsterling would a store be allowed to get this bad I guess.
