The entire area be eminent domain'd and then they should build public / low income housing there.
That'd fix 'em.
Yeah, bring in some of those charming residents from Robbins, Harvey, Markham, Ford Heights, Hazel Wood, Maywood, Englewood, Wentworth, etc, etc; and show 'em ALL what you're made of.
