Based on the news report, it appears this man and his neighbors have valid complaints. No wonder the complaints are escalating; no one has done what should have been done. Why doesn't some local official take the bull by the horns and address it? With Silhol having two pollution citations, I would want that dust that's getting in my house and lungs checked too.
