Former Client Confronts Employment Company

This guy, whose name now is michael pozderec and pozedurac runs another company which does business coaching. The new company name is strategic profit dynamics and its located at 501 hoes lane, Piscataway, nj

other companies make one name they hope you wont find out about and then make subsidiary companies of that. Simply put, if you are not a former C level executive or do not have a post-graduate degree like doctor or lawyer, an employment firm should not take money from you to find you a job. 99 times out of 100 this is a scam. If you bear relevent qualifications for a job, then the employers will pay the headhunters to find YOU.

What I found is just as annoying (albeit not expensive to the job hunter) is the companies that resume-farm. Resume farming is what headhunters do when they don't actually have job requisitions for candidates but they still call people in to interview for mass interviews and then dont respond to follow up calls indicating there is no job like the ad you responded to.

the Stride Associates Group is notorious for this. They are known in Philly as "The Boylston Group" and also as "McArthur Associates".
They list high-profile technical jobs which they dont actually have requisitions for and then pump up their resume banks at your expense. When you call for a followup to the interview, they indicate there was no job for {title you applied and interviewed for} and that you could come in and repeat the interview process again.

Kinda sneaky and rotten but at least they're not taking your money like this guy.

Why would you pay someone 6k to find you a job??? For that much I'd think you could muster up enough ambition to go find your own job. Apply to the DRPA, I hear they pay well for very little work and very little education, 3rd grade math is all that's required.

Do you really think that someone else would actually care if you found a job or not? His job is taking your money.

it's a lie. don't do it, he won't return your money if you aren't happy. He also won't help you. Just avoid scam like this at all costs.

since i dont get off on repeating the same interview for 7 different recruiters only to be told no such job exists (like the one you just left).im glad i was screening my calls....lol

Imagine how i feel i was scammed into working for this guy a few years ago when i was in college... i realized something was off and quit....3 months later i find out about this scam thing...waste of my time and worse i feel terrible for helping the ass hole ..i apologize for any hard i caused... i sincerely didn't know anything about it being a scam...luckily however i was a terrilble sales men and most of you hung up on me ,,, me and my conscious thank you for this

I am a former employee of one of these outfits of Michael P#$%^&*() whatever he calls himself these days. I was conned into working for him, but quickly realized something was wrong with this person and his business entity. When asked to be paid, this jerk reaches into a briefcase of cash and pays me. I thought I was going to be WHACKED shortly thereafter, so I looked both ways before crossing the street outside his office in edison, nj and never looked back. I am very embarrassed because I gave his clients my all, and all he was doing was unnecessarily extending the sessions to charge more, etc... These were good small biz people too. May god forgive me.

HUH... dont know where to start with this guy. He has many names, Pozedurac,harrisson III ,Timothy and the name goes on and on..he is "always"in Europe..LIAR!! He is a big time scam..his company is Strategic Profit Dynamics supposedly he claims he has 150clients and has helped so many companies earn millions of dollars...yeah right...dont fall for it...its a scam.. he brags about having a chauffer ..PLEASE..its all a show.. dont give him the timeof the day...He treats his employees like a piece of shit... I feel disgusted and SOILED that i was around this fag...

can someone please tell me exactly why this guy michael does? If he's such a scam why hasnt he been arrested yet? What kind of stuff does he do to scam his clients?

i worked for Michael Pozderec too. Str8 scam artist. him and old conrad, the chaffeur, with the leather gloves, who looks like a washed up black panther (the civil rights movement ended buddy!). Stay far away from strategic profit dynamics. they're selling nothing to the businesses. If one of his callers tries to contact you, tell them its a scam and to quit immediately. When this guy goes down he'll take you with him. He also goes by Robert Jordan or vice versa. He teaches his staff how to scam small businesses out of their money for brian tracey business coaching sessions (which brian tracey has no part in). I also apologize to the one appointment i made in 50 hours of training.... forgive me

We should have a reunion of former workers of SPD just for a few good laughs. It was sad what this guy was doing, and I can't believe we participated. I feel like a genuine idiot

The real treat of the bunch was the driver Conrad.When i first met Conrad I made the mistake of asking him what was his background, before driving the high-powered Pozderec around. He quickly divulged that he was an "INTERGALACTIC JUDGE" who worked for the court which presides over NASA astronauts and aliens in the milky way galaxy. He then went on to make the secret conection between NASA astronauts, Child molesters and George W. Bush. LOL, LMAO !!! I know you people don't believe me so I grabbed some papers from Conrad's office and kept and scanned them for my amusement. Later conversations with Conrad were equally entertaining. Initially I just thought he was trying to get a reaction from me one way or the other, but as time went on, his accounts never changed. In one exchange in particular he shared with me that he would not be able to sleep the coming night because he needed to put together a legal brief dealing with a situation that involved former presidents Bill Clinton and good ol' G.W. having sex with one of his wives. And as if that wasn't enough, he went on to link the vietnam war to the Space shuttle Challenger disaster. At times I had to excuse myself from the office and go to the parking lot outside to laugh uncontrollably. Pleez, if any of you former employees have Conrad stories I love to read about them. do share.

hilarious!!!!!!! conrad is my new idol. how can i get a job like him???? the only thing i liked about being there was the manager, some woman i forget her name but she had a FAT ass and i'd love to show her how much i enjoyed watching her walk away from me. made 8 miserable hours somewhat tolerable.
