I would volunteer to put him out of his misery NOW. He deserves no humanity he is a stain on the carpet of life, why does he "deserve" anyhing except a cold cell, I got less for less. He will be welcomed as a hero in his homeland, be given a young boy to keep him company till he dies, maybe, no doubt some Libyan doctro gave the diagnoses. I think an independent exam by Dr. Kevorkian is clearly called to here.....there is no justice....

So many people are not knowledgeable about todays prison care. With "Human Right " move, inmate sometimes has better life in prison than out side. By releasing to out side ill criminals suffer great deal if he/she has no place to go ,no fund, and no one to care for. In USA, placing severly ill only punishes jail financially, punishes security stuff and medical stuff. The ill inmate demands his right to receive care and he receive it. It is not like old days we read in a book. No one get thrown into jail or prison and ignored. The public need to visit prison's medical facilitey , research before criticise what is fare treatment of the criminal who committed horrendous act. I am sure the prison personnel can not explain the way I worded.

Terminally ill or not, this man was CONVICTED of being responsible for the deaths of over 300 people, mostly American. I don't care which European countries say he may have been scapegoated. They've had 20 years to prove it.

He DOES NOT deserve any mercy for his actions.

Please do not let medical intervention give this unremorseful soul another day. Prostate cancer is too merciful for this man if he indeed commited this crime, although were he is headed surely won't be heaven.

May God bless the families who tragically lost their lives for the destructive grievances of anothers country's insanity who shares no humanity nor compassion. The animals need to stay in their own country.

I'm not for letting any terrorist go. But, maybe I'm confused, what is the difference between letting a dying terrorist go home to die and considering tribunal trials of terrorist unconstitutional. It seems those who are outraged at this guys release are probably the same ones who were speaking out for those a Guatnamo. We let criminals out of our prisons everyday for less than this. I'm all for the death penalty, not as a way of punishment, but because a dead man or woman tells no tails and doesn't commit crimes again.

Take your own sign on name advice. We are talking about human life here not animals. Don't get me wrong, I don't condone the killing of an animal for sport and I would agree that it is wrong and there should be an accountancy for both, but I believe that human life takes a priority over an animals.

But, my real question to you is, how would you propose to stop the violence?

The DEATH PENALTY is really for revenge & MAYBE to prevent other similar acts, serves no other purpose, punishment? It has been shown lie w/o parole is worse (if done properly on a rack with rats in cell, etc.) Who says he is dying? He could live along time, grant it in pain maybe but phleeease conparing this guy to Guantanomo? KHaddaffi gave him up, he had to otherwise no $ for oil, no back off on the US anti-nuclear efforts v. him, which he stopped as part of this deal no doubt, all from CLinton time in office, not W & not Obama, who issued such a strong statment about it, no doubt considers this prisoner an ex comminiity organizer....organizing the community for falling 747 &body parts....not that POTUS is wrong, but he is always taking a PC tact...enuf....

C'mon, man. While I love animals as well and definitely don't condone what Vick has done because it's sick, don't even compare the situations. We're talking about people, period.
