The individual involved has a long criminal history and law enforcement officer has a sterling record yet he is the one you are focusing your suspisions. you don't know Roger Chilton all that well do you. I've known him for about 15 years. He's a good cop when he wants. But he'll lie to you quite often when he has to put his own spin on things.
