I watched the city council meeting last night and I was surprised to see so many questions going unanswered. These people ask questions time and time again and the city manager and his employees are not delivering on answers. They appear to duck, dodge and swerve alot. This is typical self centered behavior and the city council should quit playing favorites and romantisizing the administration in this town. If they are strong about their oath they sure don't show it.

Erin's biggest problem is that she is terrible at public speaking. Even when she was on council she always came across as scatterbrained. She can't stay focused on anything and often changes direction or changes to a different subject while in the middle of a sentence. If she wants to be taken seriously she needs to sit down and write out her speech word for word and then rehearse it dozens of times before getting to the podium. Then stick to the speech and don't try to make changes on the fly because she doesn't have that talent. Oh, one more thing. She should stop wasteing time reminding people that she was once on council. Many in this city are still trying to forget those years.

I don't like this city manager. He talks nice to your face, but has fallen into that rut of a city employee could never do wrong. This man was hired by Pete Rubino, Ron Frederick, Candice Rusie, Kip Walby out of the current council. For some reason they keep defending this guy. He's a weak manager and has made little to no change. How can they keep defending CDI losing money on houses. How can we lose thousands of dollars yet again after the NSP program. What a disgrace those four are becoming by not stepping up and asking for some level of accountability. The new council members Chris Vitale and John Carron need to say enough is enough. Someone needs to give Pete Rubino his back bone back. Resident of 45 years.

He would have to say something that wasn't food related.

I have not been a resident for long, however I feel that a resident should deserve respect as they show respect to the little guy with the baseball uniform. It seems that the honor this because he is always praising them. When they don't receive praise you can tell they can't handle it. The belittle themselves by acting disrespectfull of these people who come before them and do not feel the have to praise everything the city manager or city council do. It is truly unethical for them to react in this way. So I agree with the "Who did what" because I can see this happening and I've only watched a couple of meeting since I got my cable activated after moving to SCS.

This city manager is paid over a $100,000 a year. What has he brought to this city with his experience besides maintaining the status quo. If this council gives him another year contract, then it's time to have a recall election.
