Kingsport Pavilion

I've heard that Outback,Red Lobster and Olive Garden are soon to be built in the vicinity of the Kingsport Pavilion,has anyone else heard this?

Everytime someone breaks ground around here, it's "oh my god, we're getting a red lobster!". lol. Actually, I've heard that the plot of land they are clearing next to the old 84 lumber near Allendale is going to be Red Lobster and Olive Garden, not near the new shops.

I dont know where they will be built. The permits have not been given out for kingsport pavillion and the last i heard the property at 84 lumber had some people back out on them and it was only originally planned for one outparcel and 16,00 sq ft on retail. It used to be listed on HOLROB.com but they have since took the plans off the site. I think in my opinion if they are built it will be at Kingsport pavillion simply because of location.

If you look at picture #6 it shows a best buy listed in fronts of Dicks they have this graded out and parking spaces marked off etc.. This would be great. If anybody else can make out anything else i could not zoom enough to read anything else.

i hope bed bath and beyond and toys r us and stein mart and book warehouse comes as well

nick, i hope u r telling the truth. have u ever been to the babies r us part of toys r us n johnson city. my friend;s gurlfriend said that babies r us is going to be part of the kingsport pavillion as well.

bdub, i just scene the photo nick saw and they had a piece of land sold across from the kingsport pavillion and i think that red lobster, outback, and olive garden will be there. Hey guys, do you know that restaurant behind toys r us called Carino's. Well i hope it's going to be there as well, along with LoneStar and Logan's Roadhouse.

Nick, do u or Brenda know what else is going 2 b @ the kingsport pavillion yet? If u guyz here n e thing, keep me posted and ill get back witchu as soon as i can.

if any of you have been down to asheville lately, especially down near the airport, their is a lot of development going on there.

ok, but you know, that up there is similar to what is happening in kingsport.

Best Buy is definately coming to Kingsport Pavilion. However the land is just now starting to be graded so it will be quite sometime before the store opens. My guess is Best Buy will open around October-November of next year.

By the way Books-A-Million opens November 16th at Kingsport Pavilion.

in weaverville off of exit 19A, a new 86 acre development is going up as we speak, its called northridge commons: A super walmart, lowes, barnes and noble, and others are coming. In south asheville, southridge commons has been built and is now open, a target, lowes, ross, old navy, world market, payless, office max, petsmart, and a carrabas is open for business.
For northridge commons in weaverville, lets hope that most businesses that are coming to your kingsport pavillion comes.

If you are talking about down toward Volunteer near goshen valley. That is the new wastewater treatment facility for hawkins county.

I drive by there everyday. I have wondered what this was. I dont think it will be a restraunt though only because it was in the paper the other day about no new permits had been given for a restaraunt at Kingsport pavillion or any other place in Kingsport. The grading work had already begun on this project when that was printed.
