must have been a big knife the store clerk pulled to back off a thug with a banana. How big was that banana? Next time bring a real weapon, a rock or something. Being charged with armed robbery by banana will get the poor guy drummed out of prison society. This is an embrassment for armed robbers and decent crooks everywhere.

This is similar in principle to that crummy miguel montez flores who is an ms-13 hood from mexico that likes to pandhandle and start trouble at the 7-11 stores. He was arrested more than 58 times since he was 14 and he is now 36. That tells you there that he likes crime. Over seven times with our encounters with him he has assaulted some of our staff while trying to escape from our custody. He tried to grab some money from a drawer while he was trying to flee, carjack a lady down the road, rob a store and leave the general area. I am glad that he is in prison and he will be deported back to mexico. I personally want him to do his time back in mexico in a cell with a dirty toilet bowl along with mice and rats on the floor and he can sleep on a mat with bugs and roaches on it. With the crimes that he committed, he deserves it.
