"Parents will be responsible for acquiring the second dose either at the health department's physical offices or at another vaccination site."

I wonder how many parents will bring their kids back to get the 2nd dose? I bet a majority of these vaccinations given to kids under 9 go to waste because their parents won't bring them back. Not very good planning.
