Alex Jones on his website infowars.com states that multiple agencies have been forewarned about a coming catastrophe that would involve instituting Marshall Law and a suspension of elections if Obama feels like he's losing the election. His advisors , ex members of the terrorist organization 'the Weathermen', have come out and said that they wouldn't be surprised by 'such an event.' If this happens, and I hope it doesn't, how should the american people react?

Too bad people don't like history. Seems like I remember something about tea over in Boston. Or I bet nobody remembers or even heard if the Army of Amazon Women. People are too complacent nowadays.

I believe that Obama's advisors will on purposely stage a fake assassination attempt against their own candidate prior to the election and blame 'radical right wing extremists' in an attempt to sway this coming election. The Secret service will not be part of this and may even take a target down making it look legit. Marshall law will be declared but then lifted pending a favorable election result.( the American people tend to rally around a perceived victim whether it's deserved or not )
I hope I'm wrong, but some of Obama's closest advisors were ex terrorists (weathermen) that in their own memos have suggested such strategies. I pray i'm wrong, but if not, you read it here first.

Why don't we wait and see if such nonsense happens first.

Look at all of the polling.
It's pretty much a dead heat.
And, unless someone gaffs pretty bad,or some major event occurs to change the course to November, according to your post, Obama should feel a 50% chance at losing.

So, my point is, Obama must make a decision based on the probability, or likelihood of losing now.
Based on the fact that he isn't a leader in any sense of the word, I say "fat chance" he could make any important decision about anything.

Why in the world would Marshall Law be "declared" because of an assassination attempt? I don't believe there is any historical precedent to warrant such a consideration.

The only poll that REALLY counts is the one that will be conducted on Tuesday, November 6th.

Here is a much more likely scenario......

Obama loses in a close, and of course disputed, election. Minorities in our urban areas, as well as others, feel deliberately disenfranchised. Their frustration turns to anger and erupts in our main metropolitian areas burning.

Marshal Law is then enacted, under Posse Comitatus Act of 1878. The military takes control of all local governmental entities. All elected officials are suspended and supplanted with military officials.

Because of the "lawlessness" that extists, POTUS Obama refuses to leave office on Jan 20th of 2013.

Those who think they can perpatrate this against the American people need to know we have the largest standing army in the world! No, not China, Russia or North Korea, I am talking about the 500K plus hunters and gun owners here in the center part of the U.S.
