Man dressed as pirate in town?

What the heck is the deal with the large man who dresses as a pirate in black cape and swashbuckling sword and walks through Troy? He turns me on...could he possibly be a ass pirate...I want to meet the man!

His name could be John Sinapole.
He once lived at Davis Mo. and would dress different on occasions.
He would stand on the corner of the Old Miller Property.
Once I went pass traveling Paris Branch Rd. he was a Indian Chief large beautiful feathers & all.
Once he had a large hub cap on his head tied by a raw hide string and had a large stick, when doing this he watched the sky.
