Motorists try to make cents of two-tier pricing

At least two BP gas stations in Prospect Park and Marple started a two-tiered gas-pricing system for cash or credit/debit card users a few weeks ago, which caught some unwary customers off guard Thursday.

If it is not prominently displayed that cash is less than credit, you can report the gas station to Pennyslvania authorities, nbot sure which ones though. A lot of stations around Philadelphia are doing it or you can jsut pull away.
