Spokker wrote: Getting sucked into a passing train is a myth. And even if it were real, you'd think such things would be taken into account when working on, around, or near the tracks. Even BNSF didn't know why their contractor was on the track. Like I said, I am waiting for the investigation to be finished. There are a lot of questions surrounding this incident. Dear Spokker: I am sorry you are such a cruel, uneducated idiot. Being sucked in by the force of a passing train is not a myth. My great grandfather past away from the very same thing. With a ridiculous name like Spokker it is obvious that you are not an educated individual, and I would not be suprised if you are a high school drop out. Your comments are not only uneducated, but heartless. This is a individual who has lost a life and who have friends and family who are grieving. They are viewing posted comments, and are dealt another blow by your stupidy. Fine example of kicking someone when they are down. My thoughts and prayers go out to the friends and family of this young accident victim.

Our prayer's go out to Susie and family. We were sadden by the new's of BooBoo's death. He was my sister n'law's nephew and he was our ring bearer at our wedding when he was five years old. We are very sad that this has happen to a very nice and sweet person. My God have him by his side. Nena and Pedro

"It really doesn't matter who was at fault."
Yes it absolutely does. If this guy who was hit was so concerned about a piece of machinery being so close to the main line, I want to know how that piece of equipment got so close to the main in the first place so it doesn't derail my fucking train on the way to work.
It sucks the guy is dead, but I want to know who is responsible for it, whether it was the contractor, BNSF, Amtrak, or even the victim himself.

RE: family, "now they have to come on here and read your stupidity."
It is "their choice" to read or not to read it is not a question of HAVE to read.
Spokker is the only one that has it right.
How thick is a man? 18 inchs? 22 inchs with a big beer gut?
Stamper hits train ladder = stamper and ladder break.
Man and train ladder hit = lawyers everywhere make money.
Man NOT between stamper and train (18 plus inches) train, man, stamper are all fine...no dead, no damage, no problem.
You want to cry with the family = go to Hallmark are you too cheap for a card and a stamp?

you are showing your i.q. score.the men were working on the asphalt sorrounding all the tracks so you can use the pass as comfortable as possible in your car.by the way it seems that you sit on your brains.
