monster-maker tells brewer to dump vermonster beer

Forget David and Goliath. This fight's between Matt and Monster. The maker of Monster energy drinks has taken aim at a Vermont brewery that sells a beer called The Vermonster, ordering it to stop selling, advertising and promoting the craft brew because it could confuse consumers.

WHAT A WALLOP OF A STORM THAT HIT MONTEREY, SNAT ACRUZ AND SAN BENITO COUNTIES LAST NIGHT. MAJOR FLOODING, FIRE-BURNED LAND AND DEAD TREES CAME CRASHING DOWN.

Major storm damage in Monterey, Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties for October 19, 2009. Even an earthquake took place in Sunol, California (no damage or injuries though). Plenty of wet pavements and rivers rising over their banks.
Tell me when this thread is updated!
