I am totally confused, who did something and what did they do? Someone seems to know something that someone should have gotten demoted for and someone got demoted but for what???

Who ever started this is Stupid! If esco was so Good then he Would Not have the jail OVER CROWDED! people sleeping in the floor, WTF?? That jail is the most nastiest Jails i have ever seen! The dogs at the animal shelter gets treated better an better living than hamblen Jail! If he wa so Good he would fire some over them rookie cops an jailers an put that money towards new improvements! Figure out a different routine towards the drug task force cuz wat he has goin on now is not working! Ther is so much going on in that jail that is looked over becuz his workers an cops are sooo Lazy! Its like they hate ther job!!!! But suck his butt in front his face. O about the the 2 having an affair!! Im sure they arent the only ones in that bed bug hill having one. They are jus the ones that got caught. Esco needs to see an jus look at his Jail! When he shows his face, everybody is like o gosh straighten up then he leaves they back to to ther sloppy shi like they use too an he walking back to his office thinking ther doing a good job. If you had any idea what you were talking about you would have nothing to say. If people wouldn't break the law the jail won't be over crowded. Theres not much Esco can do about that so don't blame him. If he have the funds to build a new jail it would have been done already. They do the best they can with what they have to do it with. If your such experts go and work there!!!

Ummm hell no i aint no convict! I kno the truth! An ur right about breaking the laws but anybody who works ther knos its all messed up! I guess u work ther???? U cant say its not messed up!!!!! The system sucks!! An alot of money is spent on the wrong things!!! Everytime u here someone talkn bout hamblen co. O its over crowded??? Can esco not ask for surounded co help, idk thats why im asking? An he needs better evalations on his employees!! That may help! Get a clean up crew in ther an Clean that hole up Esco ;)

The feds need to come in and clean up that poop hole...they make meth,take money,turn their head the other way and have sex there.Even your avg Morristown citizen knows that,why shouldnt the feds?

Snowden, Gentry, Bullington, and ? the list goes on and on funny how they demoted these guys what did they ever do to Vaulton when he was caught having an affair with another officer's wife oh thats right they did nothing to Vaulton but they fired the other guy. Damn guess you really gotta kiss ass to be safe with Esco. They shouldn't have done what they did it was wrong but how is it fair to them when Esco's buddy does it he gets told he shouldn't end of story!

Omg this town has gone all to hell! Go to the D&L an u see nothing but cops down ther gettin wasted. Even ones that work for the city! I went ther one time An i will never go back. I sit a watch them leave driving when the same ones that was driving could barely stand up in the bar. It makes me sick how, they could really kill someone behind that wheel. An its so over looked. This town makes me sick.

Melissa bullington did not get demoted she got a promotion to work at east high school as the sro officer can you believe the school is letting her work with our kids
