I have heard some bad rumors about the cleanliness of the meat coming out of the debone plant. I've been told several times not to eat Chick Filet. Can anyone confirm this? Aren't these people supposed to be monitored? What's going on over there?

i do know for a fact that back in 98, a friend of mine's brother-in-law who owns a fabrications shop, called him and wanted to know if we would do some contract work for him at the chicken house. the ice crusher was broke and needed fixed. we went there and went in to look at it. we walked up to the chute and there was yellow ice on the converer, when we looked up in it, there was a mexican trying to un-jamm it. we said there was nothing we could do and left, since that day, i have never eaten chicken unless i kill it myself. you can use your imagination for what caused the yellow ice! that's the one and only time i have ever been in that place, i'll never go back in there!

That would be the USDA. And like any goverment agency, there aren't enough peeps to go around and due the actual job that is needed to be done. So let me say that in plain english. There are not ENOUGH inspectors in the USA wide area to check everything every day. I have talked with someone familiar with this situation was relayed that information. Unsure if it is true however. I do know there's meat inspectors though. Hence the reason i eat more meat then chicken.

Actually, I was refering to the plant QA personnel. Aren't they supposed to be constantly monitoring the activities of their plants?

I worked sanitation there for over a year and I still eat chik fil a lol. There are inspections every morning by usda and qa. If they find an area to be unclean, sanitation has to reclean until the area passes. They check for grease, chicken, and bacteria. Sanitation can not go home, nor can production start, until all areas pass inspection. I will say, though, that even though the plant is clean, its a shitty place to work. Just about all of the male supervisors are disgusting pigs who try to intimidate the female employees. If you dont sleep with them you get treated like dirt. I wouldn't reccomend working there unless you're desperate.

its a mexican chicken house . what do you expect ? them beaners lay up with aid's infested fat white girls all night and take big nasty borrito shits in the nasty bathrooms at the chicken house and dont wash up after wards . do you realy think they care about if the chicken is clean when it leaves that place ,cmon ! they just smile and say (see you at the food stamp office you stupid gringo )

I use to work there, its stupid butthurt ignorant morons like the one who started this thread that give it a bad name. There's no way the plant can be nasty we have USDA, line leaders, and supervisors over your shoulder 24\7

Your point is because of one USDA inspector thats proof that your company provides us with a good product? What about the supervisors who were terminated for falsified documents? Koch Foods has a bad reputation for a reason so know all the facts before you comment.

According to all the threads their are alot of stories about Koch Foods.Funny thing that nobody ever disclosed anything. If you don't work there anymore then what's with all the secrets? To our knowledge there isn't but a couple lawsuits ongoing so that can't be your excuse. If you had knowledge of anything then as much crap people post on here and as much as people talk then you would have posted your story.
