You just have to find the right man that wont cheat...i look at it if they cheat they dont respect me and dont deserve me.My husband knows better to cheat on me...he would be in a world of hurt and without me and his child.

All kinds of married women cheat on their husbands too so it's not just a man thing. As for you women who think your man will never cheat just let me say this,put your man in the right situation with a willing female and see how long his restraint lasts.

I trusted my husband(soon to be X) but he cheated with a woman that looked like a man and every word she used was the gd word or the f work. I was never so shocked in my life as when I found out about them.

There are so many reasons people "cheat" and the majority of them have nothing at all to do with their partners, but something in themselves.

Sometimes a partner will drive you away. Nagging, bitching, rejection, belittling, selfishness (and none of those is gender specific; men and women are equally guilty). Sometimes you come to realize you've been manipulated into a relationship and want out, by any means necessary.(That one's more often pulled by women, but some men are getting better at it.)

I've lived through enough to have learned to wonder how we ever got this idea of ownership or that we're always going to feel the same way about another person.

i think the greater question is once theyve cheated then how do you ever learn to trust again? whether you stay and try to work it out or you try to move on, there are trust issues.

i believe once a cheater always a cheater!!! if he did it once he will do it again!!!

Brknhrt, if you decide to stay, for it to ever work, BOTH OF YOU have to leave the baggage by the side of the road and look forward to the rest of the journey. Don't ever look back.

And yes, I've done that. It was the guy I lived with, who had gone outside our agreed relationship many times, who kept bringing it up. But when I told him to leave it was for other valid reasons.

I think that more than trust, you have to be able to respect the other person. You can't truly trust someone you don't respect.

Why do slutty trashy women cheat with married men? It takes two ya know. And FYI - there are married women who cheat on their husbands even though they are good to their wives. It goes both ways.

I trust and know my husband would never cheat. He knows the same about me. Without trust there is no love.
I know many people who do and its sad but I actually know girls that prefer a married man,like some sort of game.

I agree a lot of women go after married men. In a way I think it's a competition thing to be in the face of the wife - look your husband wants me. Or whatever.
And women like that should be shot. But at the same time it's not all her fault. The man makes a conscience decision to go out with the girl even though he has a wife. And a lot of times the married man pursues the unmarried woman he ends up cheating with.
So it's just as much his fault as hers. So hey, while we are at it, let's just shoot both of them!

Since MOST men seem to like some cheap tramp that they think everyone wants to s$$$%, I've decided when out in town with my man I'm going to flirt with every old geezer coming and going, heck I might even throw in a young one or two. hey, been there and my ex told me that the other women just told him things he wanted too hear, and even tho I was saying all the right things it wasn't the same. So he told me that it was over and I called the girl and she said the same thing, well I'm hear too tell you the bitch is crazy!!!!!! she broke in my house laid on my bed and did all kinds of other crazy shit threaten me wanted too be me, but thos days are over for me the bitch went too jail for 8 years and my ex well what can I say but he's my ex..........

No one really knows this answer, I do think the main reason is the hunt. Both men and women are guilty of this... But no one truly knows. Men get suckered in by women and women hurting wanting to be loved get suckered in by men. I guess if you are looking for it you'll find it... Regardless of what you got at home....
