Thanks in part to the efforts of Jack Fishman, Freedom Energy Diesel, (FED) is coming to Morristown. It will eventually employ some 600 people after filling 450 jobs upon completion toward the end of next year. Many people now claim that we no longer have a workforce fit to carry the bill because of the drug problem. So here's my take: start weaning yourselves now, get your act together, and get back to work. You'll have to pass a drug screen, so don't mess it up. The jobs are coming, let's get prepared to fill them with good, hardworking, men and women who do not use drugs. Our economy depends on it.

2 weeks ago in Cumberland Co., it was 150 jobs, and they were going to make something suitable for "water filters." Now it is 450 jobs, and they will be making diesel fuel. Their mailing address is a subdivision in Knoxville.

If information is poison, then I am guilty. All I asked was to check them out. Is there some reason you don't want that to happen?
