Panel urges driving rights for N.J. illegal immigrants

How about arresting and deporting illegals when they try to obtain a driver's license?

And how about arresting any government employee who attempts to help illegals break the laws of our nation.

The States cannot give a legal drivers license to illegal aliens. That would encourage illegal IMMIGRATION to those states and as MALDEF and LA RAZA clearly state... States cannot deal with immigration only the federal government. I am going out on a limb here but... the ACLU, MALDEF and LA RAZA would surely sue to stop the states.

There should not be any problem in issuing the driving license if it is supported by any green card holder or a citizen. It is not correct the accidents are occurred by only illegals, in this country every 5 min there is an accident it doesn't mean that is done by illegals, by issuing driving license at-least we have a record of these people

When the government opened the door for people to take the written test (driver's) in another language; we should have protested! No one did & the list goes on.

What is illegal about an immigrant? Accepting false documents? What about U.S. greed to be financially wealthy. Somebody are selling documents for immigrants to be employed,etc.

When any concerned citizen speaks up they are labled racisit and hateful by the Left. But you can only cry wolf so many times.
This is not about race at all it is about our right to maintain borders and control immigration.

Immigration when done lawfully is actually good for America. The problem is now we have more Mexicans living in the USA than in Mexico.
And these people are not assimilating into our society.
They speak their own language
They follow their own customs
They ignore our laws
They celebrate their own holidays while ignoring ours.

They are criminals and need to be treated as such.

I agree with you, Church Slave and also you, maddog2008! I had my hometown (in WA state) taken over by them. They have ran my town into the ground. If you look at the Crimestoppers site for my town, you will see why we don't need them here! http://www.crimestoppersyakco.org/ If you click on all of the wanteds on the sidebar, you will see that the mass majority is illegals! They aren't here to pick fruit, they are here to rape and pillage. I compare them to cockroaches. If you get two, you end up with hundreds, then thousands, and finally millions. If they are illegal, they are breaking the law and need to be sent home! My best friend is a Mexican lady and there is none better but she was born here and has been here her whole life. I have nothing against the Nationality, but I am sick of lawbreakers continuing to be catered to. And I am sick of paying for all of them to exist. We are going under, folks and we have been since they first opened the floodgates to them in the 70's. Time to get tough!

But, I do dislike 100% the U.S. government accommodating non-English speakers to take the driver's test in there own language...bad business! Accident occur, how do you communicate? They think it's alright and try to haul ace. The officer in blue show up and there paper is either suspended or revoked! And they let person walk away!

No licenses should be issued. In fact, they should mandate that any person found without proper identification be subject to fingerprinting and mandatory ID search. That's what they could do to you if you are stopped without your identification.
