I saw in the Riverland that Dick is well on the way to spreading the liability of a huge lawsuit to all of us. I drove by the home mentioned.
The family may not be yard of the month but they don't deserve the kind of harrasment I've witnessed. The POA serves a useful purpose. Dick Lemma doesn't.
Please Dick, go on to Shady Pines and leave these folks alone.

I think we should have a fully non paid association. I talked to an attorney in Clermont and I am told that it is possible to completely disband the association. It would be easy to manage the residents beach with an electric gate and a pin type entry.
Maybe with the money saved we could have decent signs at every entry.

I was over at the park this week. They were trying to tow a ladies car because she didn't have her pass. She was upset and there were children with her. Someone is going to get hurt
if they don't change their tactics.

Some man came up and settled everyone down. I think he was a resident.
